I’m excited to share that Brian Shapland has joined ImageWorks Commercial Interiors as our Fractional Chief Operating Officer in Residence & Strategic Development Partner. With nearly 24 years at Steelcase—most recently leading sales for Ancillary and Shared Spaces, Brian brings proven expertise in strategic planning, marketing, sales, sales support, leadership development, and operational efficiency.
In this role, he’ll help us:
- Strengthen our shared infrastructure throughout our enterprise
- Design leadership programs and succession pipelines
- Elevate the customer experience with concierge-level support
- Streamline processes and reporting to drive performance
